Ketut A Adi Krisna was born in Gianyar, in 1971. He started his financial career at KAP Hadori, Soejatna & Rekan - Denpasar as a Senior Auditor. In 1998 he joined PT. Begawan Village Resorts - Begawan Giri Estate in Ubud for 3 years and continue his career at PT. Matahari Tatagriya Pesona – COURTS as a Finance & Tax Manager for 1 year. In 1999, he's back to Ubud (Begawan Giri Estate) as a Financial Controller. After 2 years in Ubud, he joined Elite Havens Groups - Luxury villa rentals, management and property investment as an Accounting Manager in 2001.

Adi Krisna holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Udayana - Denpasar followed by Master of Finance program in Udayana University and holds a Magister Management (Paska Sarjana Ekonomi).

He is a Certified Tax Consultant (Level B & Level C) certification from Indonesian Tax Consultant Association.

Wahyuliyanto was born in Malang, East Java, in 1974. He started his financial career in 1996 at PT. Columbindo Perdana as a Chief Accountant. In 1997, he move to PT. Matahari Tatagriya Pesona with last position as an Assistant Tax and Treasury Manager until 2002.
He continue his career at PT. Tata Wisata Media Komunika as a Financial Controller in 2002. In the same year, he joined PT. Courts Indonesia. Tbk with last position as a Tax Manager. In 2003, he joined PT. Selancar Cipta Abadi - City Surf as a Finance and Accounting Manager for 2 years.

Wahyu holds a Bachelor of Economics degree (Sarjana Ekonomi) from Widya Gama University, Malang in East Java.
